During a Wednesday trip to New Hampshire, businessman Donald Trump told Fox News that Charles Krauthammer was a “sad fool” for dismissing his proposal to seize Iraq’s oil.
Trump re-stated his belief that Iraq’s oil should be taken by the United States. “We won a war. We’re in a war. We spent $1.5 trillion on this war. We lost thousands of soldiers, great military people, and thousands and tens of thousands are wounded,” Trump said. “And I say take the oil. ”
Trump was asked what he thought of Charles Krauthammer’s statement on the “O’Reilly Factor” that the proposal was unserious and was the type of suggestion made by “a guy at a bar at closing time with slurred speech.”
“Iran’s not taking the oil, not if I’m president,” said Trump. “And Charles said ‘that’s impractical’. So honestly, Charles is a fool. He’s a fool. I mean, I want to be respectful. He was very nice on the phone. But he’s really a fool.”
Before the latest spat between the two, Krauthammer called Trump the “Al Sharpton of the Republican Party – provocateur and clown, unserious.”

I don’t understand when elitist republicans find it necessary to insult those who are on our side. Dr. Krauthammer, for whom I have great respect, would never speak in such harsh language towards a democrat candidate. He has a very few minutes per week to be heard and for some inexplicable reason this is what he chooses to put forward.
If we are going to end this abject disaster that is the Obama presidency we will need to stop eating our own.
Democrats blithely hurl slurs and lies, including the Obamedia in defense of their team, which is plainly the democrats. They cover up the corruption. I would not suggest we sink into the slime-pit with them, however we should not help them either.
Perhaps Dr. Krauthammer could direct his ire towards those that are actively harming us. Obama is frightening and vindictive. Perhaps we should speak of the fired whistleblowers. Perhaps he could question why weeks after a request for a disaster declaration, 2 million acres burned, more than a thousand homes gone, Obama ignores Texas. Perhaps he could speak of Obama placing former union bosses on the NLRB so they could now force companies to stay in states that force unions. Perhaps he could point out the billions of tax dollars gifted to assorted unions that will repay dems in upcoming elections. Perhaps Dr. Krauthammer could save his ire for those that are trying to harm us not help us. Even if he disagrees with parts of Mr. Trumps agenda. Seriously!
Mr. Trump is the only one out there fighting the good fight. Lets focus on the parts of his agenda we can agree on, starting with the need to stop the Obama destruction of this country!
