Google’s project to install a fiber network capable of delivering 1Gbps data rates to homes and business in Kansas City, Kansas (KCK) has been stalled due to bureaucratic red-tape issues that should have been discussed up front.
Unlike the neighboring Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO), KCK at first opened the door wide to Mountain View, saying that it was in a unique position with a unified city and state government structure to push the deal through quickly.
