USDA seeks applications for renewable energy projects

USDA RD provided $5,000 to offset the cost of building this $20,000 solar panel system in Dixon. The 18 panel solar array provides enough electricity to power the Los Ebanistas Inc.’s wood shop where custom cabinets and furniture are made.
