Galaxy S III to be razor-thin, release in May?

Its rumors may not create quite the same stir as an iPhone or a Nexus device, but Samsung’s Galaxy S line is also capable of turning heads. The latest addition, the Galaxy S II, sold millions of units worldwide and — despite a lack of LTE — was one of the hottest phones of 2011. We know that a Galaxy S III is coming, but details have, up to this point, been sparse.

Rumors coming out of Korea today are claiming to tell us more about the Galaxy S III. The unconfirmed reports say that the next-gen handset will feature a quad-core chip, Ice Cream Sandwich, and LTE. That’s a promising start, right?
