BEIRUT (Reuters) – Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad pronounced on Sunday his nation was confronting a fight waged from outward a nation and that terrorism was sharpening notwithstanding political steps including final month’s parliamentary election.
“We are not confronting a domestic problem since if we were this celebration would put onward a political program. What we are confronting is (an attempt) to boar narrow-minded struggle and a apparatus of this is terrorism,” Assad pronounced in a debate to parliament, promote on Syrian television.
“The emanate is terrorism. We are confronting a genuine fight waged from a outside,” Assad said.
