Frenchman François Gissy has an interesting hobby. He builds insanely fast rocket bikes. His most recent creation is a rocket trike, powered only by compressed air and rainwater. It’s like a grade-school science project you can ride, but with severe consequences if it goes wrong.
On the rocket trike, which you can see in the video above, Gissy managed a top speed of 162 miles per hour at Circuit Paul Ricard.
