The Tsaina, a world class heli-fishing lodge, will soon be open for its inaugural season during July and August. Not only are the experiences surreal, but even after the lodge operating for less than a year, the Tsaina already touts the ranking of Outside Magazine’s 2012 1st Runner Up for “Best New Adventure Lodge.” Unmatched experiences with luxurious accommodations and fine dinning earned the Lodge this prestigious honor in March/April 2012 during the Valdez Heli-Ski Guides inaugural season. Cuisine at the Tsaina features menus of locally sourced fresh Alaskan fish and seafood as well as quality meats and game, all prepared by the Tsaina’s in-house executive chefs. Choose from premiere heli-accessed fly fishing for multiple species of trout, fishing for Chinook (King), Coho (Silver), or Sockeye (Red) Salmon, or head out on a deep-sea halibut and shark charter in the Prince William Sound. There are no down days at the Tsaina. When the weather is not ideal for flying, the helicopter guests are offered a variety of activities within a short distance of the lodge.
