LANCASTER – Fresh off Delta H Technologies’ announcement in Carroll Tuesday that it is adding jobs and investing $300,000 for equipment, Fairfield County may soon get more good economic news.

City economic development director Mike Pettit said an automotive parts plant may open at the Rockmill Industrial Park. He said the plant could mean 300 jobs for the city in its first phase. Mayor David Scheffler said a total of 750 jobs in three phases is possible.
