Tiger Woods came to the 16th tee on Saturday afternoon at WGC-Match Play holding a 1-up lead against Rory McIlroy, then watched as McIlroy took advantage of some serious tailwind and hit a stunning 395-yard drive into the fairway. Woods followed with a drive that failed to carry over a fairway bunker, and his resulting lie was horrific.

Woods’ ball came to rest under the lip of the bunker, and he was forced to simply splash out of the fairway. His approach from the fairway stopped 24 feet from the cup, though, and put a small amount of pressure on McIlroy to execute from his perfect position.
