If you work, or have gone to school, or have done anything that you remotely care about, you probably experience stress. And you’d probably like to experience less of it.
A majority of Americans feel unduly stressed, according to a recent poll by CareerCast. The poll found 78 percent of participants chose a stress level of 7 or higher when describing their job. In 2017, just 69 percent of respondents rated their jobs with a stress level of 7 and up.
Which is a lot, and a significant increase, especially when considering the average American spends 40.3 hours at work
