MINSK, April 29 (Reuters) – Belarus state oil company Belneftekhim said on Monday that clean oil from Russia has not reached Belarus yet after Moscow said on Friday that supplies of clean oil to Belarus would resume by Monday.

Belneftekhim said that Belorussian refineries are still working at reduced capacity, adding that it is holding talks at Russia’s energy ministry with the country’s oil companies.
