Canelo Alvarez has defeated Daniel Jacobs via unanimous decision. 

Alvarez took the bout 116-112, 115-113 and 115-113 on the judges’ scorecards. 

The fight, which took place at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena, saw the unification of the middleweight titles. 

Alvarez put his three 160-pound championship belts on the line vs. Jacobs. With the win, Alvarez picked up the IBF middleweight title. 

Alvarez improves to 52-1-2 with 35 KOs in his career while Jacobs is now 35-3 with 29 KOs.
