The nation’s largest broadcaster has reportedly reached a deal to acquire 21 regional sports networks from The Walt Disney Co. for more than $10 billion.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and Disney are expected to announce the deal as early as Friday, , citing persons familiar with the situation.
