Women’s Theatre Festival planned for July 12-14

The Women’s Theatre Festival will present fully produced mainstage productions, educational offerings, and 24 hours of staged readings through Occupy The Stage July 12-14 in venues throughout Raleigh.

The weekend-long festival will consist of three major parts:

WTF Con: a gathering of performers, designers, directors, technicians, academics, theater administrators and other members of the theater community to learn, connect and fight the patriarchy. WTFringe: a series of bare bones productions that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation. Occupy The Stage: staged readings of plays by women from all of the U.S.
