The Education Foundation of Calhoun County will host a summer kick-off carnival Wednesday, June 12, through Sunday, June 16, at Sandcrab Stadium.

“The kick-off to summer carnival is a great way to raise money for the education foundation and also bring something fun for the youth of Calhoun County. This is the second year the foundation has hosted the carnival,” said EFCC President Dallas Franklin. “It’s a way to bring something for the kids to do in the summer and raise money for a great cause.”

The carnival is open from 6-10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday evening and armbands are $20 each night. Friday fun begins at 6 p.m. and runs until 11 p.m. with armbands at $25. The carnival is open from 3-11 p.m.
