Two Raleigh County delegates and one Greenbrier County delegate have been chosen to serve in leadership roles on “Select Committees on Education Reform” during the “education betterment” special session.
Del. Jeffrey Pack and Del. Brandon Steele, both R-Raleigh, were selected by House Speaker Roger Hanshaw, R-Clay, to be vice chairmen. Minority Leader Tim Miley, D-Harrison, made selections for Minority Chairs/Vice-Chairs for the select committees on education reform. Del. Cindy Lavender-Bowe, D-Greenbrier, was named as a minority chairwoman.
