While Elisabetta’s menu will share quite a few Italian classics currently on the menu at Louie Bossi’s, a fellow Big Time concept, it will offer its own specialty dishes.

As the opening of her namesake restaurant nears, it’s clear chef Lisabet Summa has fussed about the artistic finish of the dinnerware as she has about the pastas, salads, meats and pizza they will hold. She believes the true charms of Elisabetta’s Ristorante will be found in the details: the calamari-shaped pasta that’s served with squid rings, the delicately ruffled Mafaldine pasta ribbons that hold hearty amatriciana sauce, the raspberry-infused grappa that’s served with gelato.
