With investigation into sexual offense claims ongoing, schools look to strengthen outside partnerships to improve student safety

During a brief recess at Tuesday night’s New Hanover County Board of Education meeting, chairwoman Lisa Estep had a message for parents amidst investigations of the district’s handling of the sexual offense claims allegedly brought to their attention.
