CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland’s La Villa Hispana neighborhood takes the spotlight in FreshWater Cleveland’s ongoing “On The Ground” reporting series. Cleveland.com will help amplify the coverage.

La Villa Hispana’s people, business developments and cultural events are being explored through various embedded reporting projects in the 12-week series.

La Villa Hispana, also known as Clark-Fulton, is a stretch between Cleveland’s Ohio City and Old Brooklyn neighborhoods. The area has the city’s highest concentration of Hispanic and Latino residents, and they’re trying to establish the area’s cultural importance.
