Umbrella Pop, a highly-visual summer art installation, has returned to Westgate Entertainment District.

Inspired by the Umbrella Sky Project that originated in Portugal, the Glendale exhibit features more than 200 colorful umbrellas, hanging 25 feet above the walkways of the shopping and dining center. The installation also features a 9-foot, freestanding umbrella for photo ops and practical relief from the summer heat.

Umbrella Pop will be on display in Westgate for the remainder of July. The high-flying art exhibit was developed to offer guests a unique visual experience as well as shade relief while they visit the more than 40 shops and restaurants located in the heart of the entertainment district.
