Carli Lloyd won’t be booting any footballs through the uprights this fall for an NFL team, but come this time next year, it may be a different story. 

Lloyd, who threw out the first pitch Tuesday as the Philadelphia Phillies hosted the Pittsburgh Pirates, that she is “seriously considering” a future attempt to kick in the league. 

“I am having discussions with my husband and James about the reality of playing in the NFL,” Lloyd told Fox Sports. “They both feel that I could do it and should consider it.
