Tuesday brought the latest sign that  has turned the NFL completely upside down.

The Patriots and Jets on Tuesday agreed to an extremely rare trade, sending Demaryius Thomas to the Jets for a 2021 sixth-round pick, a source confirmed. Thomas became the odd man out in a crowded receivers room after the Patriots officially earlier in the day. 

It’s the first time Patriots coach and de facto general manager Bill Belichick has ever made a trade with the Jets.
