A Kentucky federal judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by several Covington Catholic High School students against Sen. (D-Mass.) and Rep. (D-N.M.).
U.S. District Judge William Bertelsman granted a motion Tuesday to dismiss the Aug. 1 lawsuit, which alleged that eight Covington Catholic students were defamed during a January field trip to Washington, D.C., that went viral after MAGA hat-wearing students .
