The man who oversees special education at Noblesville Schools is facing disciplinary action after sharing an offensive meme on Facebook that poked fun at both the special needs community and President Donald Trump.

The school district sent statements Tuesday to parents of special needs students and IndyStar regarding a meme shared by Special Education Director Mark Booth.

Over the weekend, Booth shared a Facebook meme that shows a photo of Barack Obama with the text “2008 1st black president,” and an image of Trump with the text “2016 1st special needs president.”
