With the injury potentially jeopardizing his draft stock, the redshirt sophomore has a difficult decision to make next month: give up his remaining college eligibility and enter the draft or return to Tuscaloosa for another season.
“If I leave, the risk is, do I still go in the first round or do I even make it to the second round?” Tagovailoa told ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit in an exclusive interview that aired Tuesday. “These guys don’t even know if I can play with the hip injury yet.”
