SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane’s Texas Roadhouse location is set to open on January 20 and will create 200 new jobs, according to the restaurant.

The restaurant will open on January 20, but will hold test runs next week to train cooks and other staff, according to a news release from the company.

The release said Spokane firefighters and police officers will be the first ones to try to food at the restaurant during the test runs. 

The restaurant will also hold invitation-only events before its public opening benefiting the Ronald McDonald House and Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, according to the release.
