Readers have probably noticed the education feature running down the length of B2. The feature began Monday in response to the coronavirus forcing children to stay home from school.

The lessons are provided by Achieve3000, a company that partners with school districts in education plans. It appears Monday through Friday and offers students exercises in reading comprehension.

Sunday in the Local section starts another educational feature, called Learning at Home Bingo. It is a product of the San Diego County Office of Education to support learning during these times of school closures. It will run Sundays.
