The stock market rebounded from Tuesday’s late-session sell-off as investors grew more hopeful that the U.S. economy can continue to reopen after the coronavirus-induced shutdown.

1:26 pm: New 20-year Treasury yield at 1.220% in auction

The $20 billion auction of the 20-year Treasury bonds on Wednesday was met with decent demand. The yield on the 20-year note came to 1.220%, compared with 0.69% for the 10-year and 1.41% for the 30-year bill. This marked the first time in 34 years
