In an election year setback for President Donald Trump, the U.S. Supreme Court blocked his efforts to do away with the DACA program for younger illegal immigrant ‘Dreamers,’ ruling that the Trump Administration did not properly follow federal laws in moving to end the program, but clearly leaving the door open for future changes. ‘We do not decide whether DACA or its rescission are sound policies,’ Chief Justice John Roberts wrote for the Court. ”The wisdom’ of those decisions ‘is none of our concern.” ‘We address only whether the agency complied with the procedural requirement that it provide a reasoned explanation for its action,’ the Chief Justice added.  It was yet another example of where the courts had blocked efforts by the Trump Administration to
