MEDINA, Ohio — The Medina Community Garden, the brain child of Sustain Ed president Staci Baker was created in 2019 with the support of a small army of volunteers.

Sustain Ed is a grassroots organization dedicated to educating the community on sustainability, and impacting our environment positively through education, engagement, and legislation. To that end, the group leads workshops, cleanups, and other local initiatives.

The nonprofit is operated by a small board of trustees with Baker as president and Diana Fox as treasurer. Their passion for saving the earth allows them to accomplish a great deal despite their small number.
