Rookie Jalen Hurts is making his second consecutive start at quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, while former starter Carson Wentz sits on the bench. 

Although Eagles coach Doug Pederson hasn’t said if the switch is permanent, Wentz has indicated he would rather play elsewhere if he isn’t the starter, .

Wentz’s struggles spurred the switch to Hurts last week, and he led a then-3-8-1 Eagles team to an upset win over the New Orleans Saints. Team and player sources have told ESPN Hurts will remain the team’s starter for the rest of the regular season.
