MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) – An entertainment venue that will be opening in Midland will be allowed to sell alcohol on its premises.
On Monday, Midland’s Planning and Zoning Commission took a request from Fair to Midland, LLC to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on its premises in a bar.
The commission unanimously approved the request.
According to KPG Hospitality, Fair to Midland will feature an 8,000 square foot patio with lawn and carnival games like skeeball, ping pong and cornhole, in addition to custom adult-sized playground equipment including a slide and seesaw.
Fair to Midland will be located at 1115 Tradewinds Boulevard.
The venue was initially set to open in the summer of 2020. A new opening date has not been announced.
