(Bloomberg) — In the hills of Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, the jungle abruptly stops and dozens of saplings grow scattered around charred tree stumps.The seedlings are a sign of the government’s vast reforestation program known as Sembrando Vida, or Sowing Life.
