That was former Republican Vice President Dick Cheney talking about Donald Trump in a campaign ad for his daughter, Rep. Liz Cheney, who is up for re-election in Wyoming. In the campaign spot entitled “He Knows It,” Dick Cheney goes on to say that former President Trump, “tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.”
