Quality space and flexible work arrangements have become key priorities for most companies looking to shore up their office plans two years into the pandemic, according to a new Jones Lang LaSalle survey. About 77% of respondents to JLL’s annual survey on the future of work said offering remote or hybrid work will be critical to attracting and retaining talent in the next few years.
Most also said a quality workplace was a bigger priority than expanding their footprint (see chart), even though 72% said the office will remain central to their organization’s ecosystems in the long run.
