The latest COVID-19 figures from the Minnesota Department of Health shows increases in numbers.
Authorities say there was a small increase in deaths over the seven day period compared to the previous week, with 40 people losing their lives to COVID in Minnesota. That is up from 34 last week.
Hospitalizations increased in this week’s report after falling a bit last week. Of the 449 total cases, 39 were in ICU, 410 non-ICU, up from 411 last week.
