The new year brings a ton of new shows to Netflix, including a sequel to “That ’70s Show,” a new season of “Ginny & Georgia” and a Bernie Madoff documentary. “That ’90s Show” (Jan. 19) picks up two decades after the hit Fox sitcom “That ’70s Show,” with Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith reprising their roles as Kitty and Red Forman, who are now grandparents taking care of Eric and Donna’s daughter, Leia (Callie Haverda), for the summer. Hijinks ensue.
