experienced an outage for the second time this month, temporarily disrupting service for thousands of users. “Something’s not quite right, and we’re looking into it,” Spotify said in a tweet Thursday afternoon. Spotify, which last went down on Jan. 13, said the latest issue affected the web player and app on different platforms.
