London’s Heathrow Airport said Monday it had the busiest start to the year in three years, another sign that the recovery in demand after pandemic shutdowns is offsetting a surge in inflation. Heathrow said it carried 5.48 million passengers in January, more than double year-ago levels. The traffic bump came after a strike in December by customs officials.
