I saved aggressively with $670,000 in an IRA, and $30,000 in a 401(k) and $4,800 in an HSA. My house is valued at $210,000 and I’ve got $80,000 left on my mortgage. I have loans to pay for home upgrades I’ve recently completed, but they don’t worry me as they are long-term loans that I can pay off at any time.
