U.S. stocks are barely mixed Tuesday after a lower start, as investors prepare for larger events later in the week including the latest Federal Reserve interest rate decision and new jobs numbers. How stocks are trading

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 20 points, or 0%, to 32,908

The Nasdaq Composite dropped 18 points, or 0.1%, to 12,770

On Monday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average
rose 511 points, or 1.58%, to 32,929, the S&P 500
increased 49 points, or 1.2%, to 4,167, and the Nasdaq Composite
gained 146 points, or 1.16%, to 12,789.
