Looks like 2023 is the year that videogame sequels and remakes dominated. The Game Awards nominees were announced on Monday, and the Dungeons & Dragons-inspired “Baldur’s Gate 3” and survival-horror sequel “Alan Wake 2” tied with the most nods at eight apiece — including the game-of-the-year prize.
