From November 15-17, 2024, Chef Will Goldfarb, known for his groundbreaking Room4Dessert in Ubud, Bali, will present a specially curated seven-course tasting menu at The Lotus Lounge. This one-of-a-kind menu will feature both sweet and savory amuse-bouche creations, paired with exquisite beverages. With limited seating, this exclusive event promises a unique dining experience for a select number of guests.
Only 40 guests per evening will have the rare opportunity to experience Chef Goldfarb’s innovative approach to pastry.
