Amazon’s Prime Video has a solid lineup in February 2023, including new seasons of the comedy “Harlem” and the fantasy “Carnival Row.” Season 2 of “Harlem” (Feb. 3), from writer Tracy Oliver (“Girls Trip”), follows four stylish and ambitious best friends (Meagan Good, Grace Byers, Jerrie Johnson and Shoniqua Shandai) living in Harlem, who balance careers and relationships while trying to figure out the next stages of their lives. Oliver recently told Variety that the new season will be purposefully light and fun, and celebrate “Black joy.”
