Hawaiian Air’s parent stock was up a record186% on Monday after Alaska Air Inc. said it’s acquiring the company at a massive 270% premium. The company’s bonds were also rallying with the 5.75% notes that mature in January of 2026 up a staggering 18%, as the following chart from data solutions provider BondCliQ Media Services shows.
