Nikola Corp.’s stock was up by 4.7% on Wednesday after the company named FirstElement Fuel Inc. as an authorized Nikola fueling-station partner for hydrogen-powered trucks. The two companies inked a 10-year agreement to refuel Nikola hydrogen-fuel-cell electric trucks at FirstElement Fuel’s hydrogen-refueling station in Oakland, Calif.
“This collaboration unifies their commitment to driving the widespread adoption of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles,” the companies said. The station will be able to refuel 200 trucks per day.
